We are looking for a strategically-minded Social Media Marketer, who is excited to shape Digital Voices’ future and scale up the agency. You must have a strong understanding of the YouTube landscape, a strategic mind, a flair for creating content and content strategies and be excited to work in a rapidly scaling agency.

Core Responsibilities

  • Designing and executing a content strategy for agency marketing across Linkedin, Instagram, Facebook and Twitter
  • Owning and planning our marketing communications plan, including the monthly newsletter, webinars, PPC, Linkedin ads and other video content
  • Working closely with the CEO, content team and wider team to generate new ideas
  • Managing our relationship with our PR agency

Essential Experience

  • Strong understanding of the YouTube platform and creator landscape
  • 2 years minimum experience working in social media, ideally in an agency or PR environment
  • Strong interpersonal skills
  • Experience developing social media strategies
  • Excellent storytelling and presentation skills
  • Content production skills with Adobe (video production skills not required)
  • Good understanding of social platforms and non-traditional brand communications

Preferred Experience

  • Experience running paid social media campaigns
  • Experience working with and scaling agency communications
  • Experience running a YouTube channel
  • Innovative and entrepreneurial mindset – enthusiastic to try new things
  • Excitement to build our agency reputation
