Are you interested in joining a rapidly growing Influencer Marketing agency?
Role Start date:
Work from home
Based on experience
In this role, the HR Manager will work within our scale-up team to develop a proactive and flexible HR service. By providing relevant and appropriate support and advice to all employees, the successful candidate will successfully build and maintain credible relationships, whilst ensuring that company procedures and current employment legislation is adhered to. We’re a rapidly growing Influencer Marketing agency, looking for our first HR manager to join our team. Culture is really important to our work environment: We believe that everyone has something to contribute to the team and want to support our staff to learn and develop.
We’re currently hiring multiple positions and would love assistance with developing more of a recruitment structure. You will play a key role in managing the onboarding for our new joiners and work closely with the talent team to ensure a smooth transition from candidate to employee.
Working through all aspects of HR, you will ideally provide support around all performance management issues,, suggest effective learning solutions for the teams and design organisational development programmes to grow their vision of their team’s capabilities.
Finally, it would be useful to have someone with experience of contractual language and negotiation. Core to the business is working with Content Creators as Suppliers and it would be a real asset to have someone the team could field some of those questions (with support from the CEO, of course).
Currently we are working fully remotely, and we continue to assess the COVID-19 situation with the safety of our staff our number one priority. We are still actively recruiting and onboarding new staff each week.
We are an equal opportunities employer and encourage applications from suitably qualified and eligible candidates regardless of sex, race, disability, age, sexual orientation, gender reassignment, marriage or civil partnership, pregnancy or maternity, religion or belief.
Currently the role is expected to be 3 days a week, but as the company grows it could develop into a full-time position.
