About

We are looking for a dynamic Creative Strategist who’s excited to design and help bring powerful YouTube campaigns to life for lifestyle, travel and FMCG brands. You must have a strong understanding of the YouTube landscape, account and (YouTube creator) talent management experience, a strategic brain and be excited to work in a rapidly scaling agency.

Core Responsibilities

  • Account management; you will be the main contact for clients throughout the running of a campaign
  • Work with the team to write, develop and present pitches for campaigns
  • Design creative concepts for campaigns to pitch to clients
  • Oversee the production of campaigns from pitch stage to delivery. Including;
    1. Negotiate concepts, budgets and deliverables with clients
    2. Assist with sourcing and recommending creators
    3. Communicating with clients during campaigns
    4. Ensure Campaign Producers is meeting client expectations
    5. Reporting results to clients

Essential Experience

  • Strong understanding of the YouTube platform and creator landscape, including professional relationships with a number of top tier creators
  • 3 years minimum experience working in talent management
  • 2 years minimum experience working on delivering YouTube campaigns for brands
  • Extensive production experience for shoots
  • Have worked with Digital Voices on executing a YouTube creator campaign
  • Strong interpersonal skills
  • Data fluency – you are happy getting your hands dirty with data, learning new tools and distilling data into unique insights
  • Empathy and enthusiasm for large global clients
  • Experience developing strategically grounded, brilliant creative
  • Excellent storytelling and presentation skills
  • Exceptional understanding of social platforms and non-traditional brand communications, including strong professional relationships with key contacts at major social platforms
  • Established presence within the UK industry and valuable relationships with global brands and agencies

Preferred Experience

  • Experience in a high volume, fast paced and dynamic environment
  • Experience working with international brands
  • Experience running a YouTube channel
  • Innovative and entrepreneurial mindset – curious about how technology can solve business problems
  • Understanding how to reshape a concept across all media
