About

We are looking for a dynamic Business Development Executive to get the word out about Digital Voices to lots of potential clients. You must have a strong understanding of the YouTube landscape, experience in the agency/media space and an excitement to work with a rapidly scaling startup.

Core Responsibilities

  • Driving our sales strategy to attract new clients, start conversations and showcase our work
  • Compiling and reaching out to leads for target clients via email, Linkedin and any other way you can think of
  • Working closely with the Social Media Marketer to drive in-bound leads through paid spend and organic campaigns
  • Qualifying leads to make sure we’re speaking with the right people

Essential Experience

  • Strong understanding of the YouTube platform and creator landscape
  • At least 2 years of experience working in media or agency sales
  • Strong interpersonal skills - the ability to get on with anyone on the phone, over drinks or coffee
  • Empathy and enthusiasm for large global clients
  • Good understanding of social platforms and non-traditional brand communications
  • Target-driven mentality

Preferred Experience

  • Experience running paid social media campaigns, particularly on Linkedin
  • Experience running a YouTube channel
  • Innovative and entrepreneurial mindset – enthusiastic to try new things
