About
We are looking for a dynamic Business Development Executive to get the word out about Digital Voices to lots of potential clients. You must have a strong understanding of the YouTube landscape, experience in the agency/media space and an excitement to work with a rapidly scaling startup.
Core Responsibilities
- Driving our sales strategy to attract new clients, start conversations and showcase our work
- Compiling and reaching out to leads for target clients via email, Linkedin and any other way you can think of
- Working closely with the Social Media Marketer to drive in-bound leads through paid spend and organic campaigns
- Qualifying leads to make sure we’re speaking with the right people
Essential Experience
- Strong understanding of the YouTube platform and creator landscape
- At least 2 years of experience working in media or agency sales
- Strong interpersonal skills - the ability to get on with anyone on the phone, over drinks or coffee
- Empathy and enthusiasm for large global clients
- Good understanding of social platforms and non-traditional brand communications
- Target-driven mentality
Preferred Experience
- Experience running paid social media campaigns, particularly on Linkedin
- Experience running a YouTube channel
- Innovative and entrepreneurial mindset – enthusiastic to try new things
