We are looking for a Creative Strategist who’s excited to design and help bring powerful YouTube campaigns to life. You must have a strong understanding of the YouTube landscape and be able to build and manage our relationships with agencies.

Core Responsibilities:

  • Seek out and build strong relationships with agencies, source leads and attend industry events
  • Strong awareness and understanding of the agency landscape
  • Account management; you will be the main contact for clients throughout the running of a campaign
  • Work with the team to write, develop and present pitches for campaigns
  • Oversee the production of campaigns from pitch stage to delivery. Including;
    Negotiate concepts, budgets and deliverables with clients
    Assist with sourcing and recommending creators
    Communicating with clients during campaigns
    Ensure the Campaign Manager is meeting client expectations
    Reporting results to clients
  • Develop strategies to increase Digital Voices' presence within the industry
  • Inspire and guide a range of creative work that creates great examples of ideas, in partnership with talented people within agencies
  • Guide internal creative and external agency teams collaborate in innovative ways to bring fresh ideas to life
  • Be a thought-leader within agency and client organisations to influence the industry

Essential Experience

  • Strong understanding of the YouTube platform and creator landscape
  • Experience working with or for an agency 
  • Strong interpersonal skills
  • Data fluency – you are happy getting your hands dirty with data, learning new tools and distilling data into unique insights
  • Empathy and enthusiasm for large global clients
  • Experience developing strategically grounded, brilliant creative
  • Excellent storytelling - being able to bring an idea to life on a white board or presentation is also quite important
  • Creative - the ability to come up with, and articulate the anatomy of, a concept
  • Effective presentation skills – the ability to organise and articulate your thoughts in words and visual form
  • Good understanding of social platforms and non-traditional brand communications

Preferred Experience

  • Experience in a high volume, fast paced and dynamic environment
  • Experience working with international brands
  • Experience running a YouTube channel
  • Innovation – curious about how technology can solve business problems
  • Understanding how to reshape a concept across all media
  • Entrepreneurial mindset and attitude
