We are looking for a driven business development executive who will build long-term relationships with customers from scratch. The role includes both sales and business development, where you will build up relationships with clients and work closely with our graphic designer, video team and account managers.
As we sell a variety of products - from training on using YouTube, to influencer partnerships, campaign and content creation - you will need to gain clients’ trust and cross sell products as we develop a closer relationship.
We’re pleased to work with larger companies and brands, like Rolls-Royce, the RAF, Petplan and Starwood Hotels and want to build our relationships with them. As such, we need someone who understands how large brands work and longer timelines. You’ll need to be comfortable reaching out to corporates through emails, inbound and outbound calls and face-to-face meetings and client entertainment.
We’re looking for someone with 2+ years of sales experience, who is excited to play a pivotal role in a fast-growing business in a creative industry. As we offer a wide range of products - from one-off trainings to campaign and content creation - you’ll need a deep understanding of digital marketing and the agency world.
We want someone likeable and driven, who will build long-term relationships with clients.
• A track record of meeting and exceeding targets in previous sales roles
• Experience working with agencies and corporate clients

The role comes with a competitive basic salary (approx. £34k) and the opportunity to increase it with bonuses and commission. You also have the opportunity to grow your career and team with the company.
